LAB680 - Glassware Washer Disinfector

Specifically designed to meet the needs of busy laboratories the LAB680 can clean and disinfect at 90°C. shelves can be positioned on three levels at 4 different positions dependant on the cages being processed.

The LAB680 can also process 224 items of glassware each cycle, has a small footprint saving valuable space and providing even the smallest laboratories with modern technologies.

- Operator multi language LCD display with 20 standard programs and 20 additional custom programs available.

- RS 232 port is provided with printer connection for monitoring and validating washing phases.

- Ergonomic design of the door level height, allows the user a convenient loading and unloading.

- Door provided with glass window providing easy visual inspection throughout the entire washing process.

- Washing and Thermal Disinfection with wash and rinse temperatures fully adjustable up to 90°C/194°F.

- Temperature is monitored by two independent sensors.

- Separate rinsing circuit with preheated rinsing tank, optional available.

- HEPA filtered forced air drying system with adjustable time and temperature settings, optional, helps to ensure the complete inside and outside drying of all the cages and feeding bottles.

- Telescopic bearing rails provide easy and safe loading/unloading of the items.

- Inner cabinet, washing arms and tank filters made of high quality AISI 316L s.s.

- Two standard automatic liquid detergent pumps provided with level control.

- Integral chemical tray, store up to three 10 lt. containers in the pull-out drawer.
