For any new piece of equipment supplied to our customers, Sychem identifies and holds a stock of routinely used parts so that the parts are readily available and delivered to the site overnight, readily for use the following morning, reducing the downtime of the decontamination equipment. Our engineers are equipped with a Service Kit stock of routinely used parts ready to be used in case of breakdown calls.
Upgrades and Refurbishment of Decontamination Equipment
Decontamination equipment is a significant investment for many facilities. At Sychem we understand the financial constraint that an organisation can incur. Our Upgrade and Refurbishment services can be of financial benefit to an organisation. By extending the operating lifespan of the machine as upgrading components might be more cost effective than purchasing a new model.
We have extensive experience of upgrading autoclaves and washer disinfectors; all our upgrades are in accordance with the decontamination equipment manufacturer’s guidelines. We will only fit manufacturer guaranteed parts and consumables; all upgrades and modifications are undertaken by an appropriately qualified engineer, assuring you that operation and functionality will not be compromised. Our upgrade and refurbishment services will include a site visit to discuss our client’s specific decontamination needs and requirements, followed by a bespoke package with agreed budgets and timescales.
