SYCHEM Cage Wash

Acidic Cage & Bottle Wash Detergent

  • Available in 5 litre, 10 litre, 20 litre & 200 litre containers.
 
  • Ideal for high volume use and bulk chemical dosing systems.
 
  • Dose at 0.35% – 1% dependant on soiling level.
 
  • Suitable for low temperature washing at 50oC. Optimal results require detergent tank water to be maintained at 60oC – 70oC.
 
  • It prevents & removes scale build-up and is ideally suited to hard water due to its scale removing properties and excellent rinsing capabilities.

  • Ideal for high volume use and bulk chemical dosing systems.
 
  • Dose at 0.35% – 0.5% dependant on soiling level.
 
  • Suitable for low temperature washing at 50oC. Optimal results require detergent tank water to be maintained at 60oC – 70oC.

Alkali Cage & Bottle Wash Detergent

  • Available in 5 litre, 10 litre, 20 litre & 200 litre containers.
 
  • Ideal for high volume use and bulk chemical dosing systems.
    Dose at 0.35% – 0.5% dependant on soiling level. Dose rates on this product may vary dependant on water hardness; Soft water: 1.5-2ml per litre / Medium hard: 2-3.5ml per litre / Hard: 4-4.5ml per litre.
 
  • Suitable for low temperature washing at 50oC. Optimal results require detergent tank water to be maintained at 60oC – 70oC.
 
  • It effectively removes heavy, baked on organic and greasy deposits often seen on larger caging and racks and has excellent rinsing capabilities.

Cage & Bottle Rinse Aid

  • Available in 5 litre, 10 litre, 20 litre & 200 litre containers.
 
  • Ideal for high volume use and bulk chemical dosing systems.
 
  • On typical applications dose at 0.25% depending primarily on the nature of the surface and the efficiency of the detergent cycle. 
 
  • Suitable for low temperature washing at 50oC. Optimal results require rinse water to be maintained at +82oC.
 
  • The surfactants reduce the surface tension of rinse water to allow greater drainage to occur. Thereby accelerating evaporation and eliminating spot-like deposits.

  • Ideal for high volume use and bulk chemical dosing systems.
 
  • On typical applications dose at 0.5% – 1.5%, this dose rate will be dependent on soiling level and water conditions.

  • Ideal for high volume use and bulk chemical dosing systems.
 
  • On typical applications Light – Medium Soiling: 3-5ml per 1kg dry weight. Heavy-Very Heavy Soiling: 5-8ml per 1kg dry weight. Repeat wash if required.
 
  • Solar is suitable for the processing of polyester/cotton mix and cotton fabrics with light to heavy soiling whether mineral or organic.
