SychemEye is Sychem's latest cutting edge Service Software System built to enhance and simplify the tracking and checking of customers' equipment within the Healthcare, Life Science and Pharmaceutical sector and to provide them with a complete analysis of the performance and trends of their decontamination process.
SychemEye was designed by our skilled team of software engineers while working closely with our customers to create a comprehensive solution that could combine our decontamination products with our equipment services packages and ensure our clients' decontamination processes are never compromised.
SychemEye Service Software System platform provides the following to our service clients:
- Asset logging of all equipment covered by a service contract with Sychem by client and site.
- Link to our call out log which enables clarity of up-time and call-outs to site to be seen at any time by site or by equipment type with copies of engineers visit reports.
- Inbuilt thermocouple test report documents tracking which enables any thermocouple test to be viewed following completion by our engineer with notification to client once it has been approved.
- Worst offender report useful for our nationwide service contracts to enable an operations/estates manager to see which asset sustains the most downtime.
