The ULTRA™ system is an aseptic, gloveless transfer solution specifically designed for the sterile transfer of components via ported bags, eliminating the need for glove ports. Combining state-of-the-art technology with the gloveless Alpha Port, ULTRA™ Betacleanbag™, and a manually operated channel, it delivers control and efficiency.

Our range of ultra transfer systems are Annex 1 compliant and suitable for RABS or isolator integration. Thanks to its unique design, it can be assembled on either an inclined or vertical wall, while operating without power or software, ensuring simplicity and full operator control.

A full opening-closing cycle can be achieved in less than 30 seconds. The production operator is constantly in full control of the process.
Flexible Installation

The absence of cables and electric connectors makes it possible to integrate ULTRA™ into the cramped environment of modern isolators. The system can be operated from the right or left side and fits vertical walls as well as inclined walls up to 45°.

Gloveless Alpha Port

Featuring foldable handles, the port extends during operations to improve operational ergonomics and folded back when the isolator doors must be opended. A wide variety of shapes and sizes are available to fit every isolator design.

Gloveless Chute

Although the Easyglide™ seal is designed to minimise the critical contact surface area. The gloveless chute is engineered to protect components from the potential source of contamination and guide them to a hopper or a vibrating bowl. The chute is manufactured from electropolished 316L stainless steel and is fully autoclavable in accordance with CGMP requirements.
