The LC 20 is a compact Trolley Washer Disinfector
In partnership with Steelco, Sychem’s LC 20 is a compact, complete and multipurpose washing and disinfection device with a powerful forced HEPA 14 filtered hot air drying system. Designed explicitly for CSSD configuration when space is at a premium, it is the trolley and cart washer with the smallest footprint in the market. Frontal access to all major service components enables installation in restricted spaces. Our device is available in two main configurations, for thermal or for chemical disinfection.

Available as single door or double door pass-through versions—this latter version is suitable for barrier installation to prevent cross-contamination. A PLC microprocessor with a user-friendly HMI allows operators to refine the process and personalise the washing and disinfection programs.

    Built-In HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system providing total removal of the rinse water residues. Warm air inside the chamber is homogeneously distributed for fast and efficient drying.

    The trolley washer is designed for pit mounting in a 110 mm deep pit, allowing direct floor loading of large, heavy or bulky items. Where pit mounting is not possible, the machine may be floor mounted with a small ramp or Steelco lifting platform for easy loading/unloading of the trolleys.

  • Ergonomics

    An easily adjustable guide rail ensures perfect alignment for any trolley for a convenient loading/unloading process.

  • 5.7″ User Friendly HMI

    PLC microprocessor with a user-friendly 5.7″ touch screen colour LCD display HMI, allowing for 65 programming options.

  • Traceability

    USB port printer connection for machine data backup. Remote monitoring and data management with the optional SteelcoData traceability software.

Double Configuration

 Thermal Disinfection

– Faster water loading phases granting more time for the process;
– Suitable for the treatment of transport, storage, and waste trolleys up to 93°C / 200F, treating instrument containers and lids, plastic crates, or other bulky items with dedicated presentation rack;
– In compliance with UNI EN ISO 15883-1/2.

Chemical Disinfection

– Improved process efficiency by eliminating carry over in the rinsing phase, assuring complete disinfection with a very short cycle time;
– Suitable for reliable cleaning to items typically treated without a validated process, from hospital furniture and medicinal transport trolleys to bed heads, clogs, and wheelchairs;
– In compliance with UNI EN ISO 15883-1/6.

Optimal Cleaning

Thanks to its state-of-the-art hydraulic design, with separate circuits for washing and rinsing with dedicated pumps (only chemical and hybrid versions), the best washing results are guaranteed with minimum water and energy consumption. High-quality stainless steel washing chamber with multiple horizontal oscillating pipes on each side equipped with numerous spraying nozzles ensuring the complete and optimal washing of the loads.

Minimal Footprint

Combining washing efficiency with a maximum reduced footprint, LC 20 has a width of only 180 cm / 70.88″. Frontal access to all major service components enables installation in restricted spaces. The device is suitable for installation between or even less than 2000 mm / 78.74″ width walls without the need for side access.

Integral Traceability

Our trolley washer-disinfectors are compatible with SteelcoData software, designed to collect and record data from Steelco devices. Information collected in real-time is traced and efficiently visualised for device monitoring and data management.
