Customisable Layout & Footprint

Available in single-door or double-door pass-through designs, with floor or pit-mounted configurations, horizontal sliding or hinged doors in full glass or stainless steel. Additionally, remotely located or skid-integrated electrical cabinets and drying systems are available, with the optional shared technical area for inline installations of paired units.

Cycle Flexibility & Development

All LC PH models support configurable cleaning cycle recipes with adjustable parameters for Pre-wash, Wash with/without detergents, Rinse (recirculated, single-pass, or sequential), Drying and cooling, and optional air purging between steps to prevent cross-contamination. Recipes are tailored during the design phase to ensure process-specific performance for all load types.

Effective Sampling Systems

Quality assurance and validation are supported with an extensive range of sampling ports, available for Sump water, Final rinse, Process compressed air (PCA), Point-of-use water, and clean steam. Sampling points can be installed in the technical area or on the machine fascia, with manual or automatic valves.

Automated IBC & Bin Cleaning Solutions

Customised solutions for IBC and drum washing include 360° rotating spray arms and rotating bins for full internal surface coverage. Dual-mode options allow for combined internal bin cleaning and rack/trolley cleaning within a single cycle.

Advanced Automation & Connectivity

Steelco control systems are developed in accordance with ISPE GAMP© guidelines and fully support FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 compliance.

Customised Trolley & Rack Solutions

Steelco engineers and manufactures its own custom racks and trolleys, ensuring seamless integration and optimised cleaning of every item. 3D CAD modelling ensures comprehensive cleaning and effective drying via the same injection ports used for water and hot sterile filtered air.
