Materials

Reliance® crepe paper

Reliance® Crepe paper

Excellent barrier properties with moisture absorption capacity.

Made with more than 97% of cellulosic fibres, wet strength and sizing agents, the cellulosic fibres create a tortuous path for excellent sterility maintenance and bacterial barrier. This meets all requirements for safe and reliable wrapping.

Key Benefits:

• Best in class bacterial barrier with Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) >99% in double layer

• Cellulosic materials help prevent wet packs (moisture after sterilisation)

• Cost-effective wrapping solution

Wetland Nonwovens

Softer and stronger cellulose-based material

Constructed from 70% cellulose, 20% synthetic binder and 10% PET fibres, the material combines performance and durability.  The cellulosic fibres create a tortuous path that ensures excellent sterility maintenance, while the synthetic binders and PET fibres enhance strength and softness.

Key Benefits:

• Cellulosic material helps prevent wet packs

• Soft and strong thanks to synthetic fibers and binders

• Low lint (ISO 9073-10 : 2003)

SMS – Spunbond Meltblown Spunbond

Strong and durable, with low lint and a high barrier

SMS is made from 100% polypropylene and treated to resist static charge build-up, with no cellulose or synthetic binders. Barrier protection is provided by three meltblown layers of microscopic fibres that create a tortuous path, ensuring consistent sterility maintenance.

Key Benefits:

• Liquid repellent and antistatic (ISO 811 : 2018 and IST 40.2)

• High strength (ISO 1924-2: 2008, ISO 1974 : 2012 and ISO 2758: 2014 to avoid rips, tears, and punctures)
