DS 50 Series Compact Tabletop Washer Disinfector
In partnership with Steelco, Sychem’s DS 50 Series of washer-disinfectors are designed to allow a simple installation onto a benchtop and provide a practical and safe solution for chemical storage. The built-in water softener provides optimal cleaning effectiveness. The drop-down door can conveniently be used as a loading platform for an ergonomic loading and unloading process.

Efficient Washing
Steelco washer disinfectors are designed to comply with the European EN ISO 15883-1/2 guidelines on decontamination and are classified CE medical device (Community Rule 93/42/EEC).

Thermal Disinfection
Washing and disinfection temperatures are fully adjustable up to 93°C / 199 F. Temperature is monitored by two independent sensors.

Drying Efficacy
Built-in HEPA 14 filtered forced air-drying system provides even and fast drying of surgical instruments. It allows for adjustable time and temperature settings, optimising cycle duration and energy consumption.

Smart Filtering System
The triple water filtering system is easily accessible from the washing chamber. It captures residue preventing re-circulation during the process and extending the pump life.

Injection Connection
Washing injection connection allows the use of injection washing baskets sending water directly into hollow objects.

Traceability
Printer connection to monitor and validate washing phases. USB port available for DS 50 DRS only.
