What is V-PHP?

We provide the Bioreset system, which uses Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide (V-PHP) to carry out the sterilisation process.

Sychem, the winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2022, work in partnership with AMira to offer a diverse range of Bioreset systems that use V-PHP to clean & sterilise rooms.

Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide is also known as H2O2 gas sterilisation, it is a low temperature sterilisation process most commonly used to sterilise heat sensitive devices and instruments. A Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide sterilisation cycle requires minimal time compared to alternative methods such as ETO (ethylene oxide sterilisation).

A Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide sterilisation process involves H2O2 vapour that is pumped into the chamber at a given PPM, temperature, humidity and for a given amount of time. Once the sterilisation cycle has completed, the vapour is vacuumed from the chamber and converted to water and oxygen prior to the cycle completing and the doors being allowed to open.

Key benefits of using vapor-phase hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 V-Phase)

Proved efficacy

H2O2 in vapour-phase allows a uniform distribution to reach the most difficult environment areas. It is capable of a 6 Log reduction on all exposed surfaces.

No residue

In vapor-phase it leaves no residue on the surfaces after the sterilisation process takes place, and no post cycle cleaning is necessary.

Unbeatable speed

The low working temperature & efficacy of the vapour-phase H2O2 allow a cycle time for a wide range of applications and offer a rapid recovery of the production activity.

Safe to use

At the end of each biodecontamination cycle, H2O2 is removed in the most effective way. Decomposing to water and oxygen is not dangerous for the operator & is safe for the environment.

Excellent compatibility

Hydrogen peroxide has chemical-physical characteristics that are compatible with many materials such as metals, plastics, elastomers, and electronic devices.

Budget

We tailor to our client's needs. Whether it's extras that are needed or cost-effective alternatives- we have solutions for all of our loyal customers!

Hydrogen peroxide V-Phase solutions

Using vapour-phase hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 V-Phase) as a cold sterilising agent, Bioreset is the most technologically advanced, effective, rapid bio-decontamination system.

Bioreset solutions are used to remove the airborne and surface microbiological contamination in controlled environments for biomedical, biotechnological, animal care and in any other environment where microbiological contamination is a concern.
