If your washing or decontamination equipment breaks down, it is essential to keep downtime to a minimum. At Sychem we have a dedicated team of 30+ Service & Test persons based across the UK, and a fantastic Resource Team based at our head office who pride themselves on efficient response times and promptly actioned call-outs, enabled by our Sychem Eye customer service portal.
Our expert team coordinates and logs all call outs promptly making our response time one of the most efficient on the market.
If a Service and Test Person is required to provide onsite support, we will contact you within one hour of the reported emergency. We also offer an out-of-hours contact form, and assure to provide response times within 24-48 hours.
Additionally, we have a specialist medical equipment repair service for contracted customers as part of our PPM packages. Our critical spares kits are custom made for your machine, and work to reduce downtime if your equipment should fail.

We identify and hold stock of routinely used parts and consumables for each piece of equipment supplied to our customers. Whether valves, solenoids, seals, filters, pumps, steam traps, machine detergent, or printer paper, we have the answer. Holding stock of these items enables them to be readily available and delivered to the site overnight or the same day, reducing the downtime of the equipment and department.
Each of our engineers are equipped with a service kit stocked with routinely used parts in case of breakdown calls. All of the parts in this kit are manufacturer guaranteed, and our inventory of spare parts is extensive, fitting most makes of autoclaves, washer disinfectors and other decontamination equipment.
