ABC Transfer® Beta Container

The Beta Container is a high-performance aseptic transfer container designed for repeated use in pharmaceutical production lines. It enables simple, secure, sterile transfer of tools and components to filling lines and is compatible with other rapid transfer manufacturers.

Engineered for durability, cleanability and ergonomic operation, it addresses common challenges faced by operators and maintenance teams.

Designed as a Class 1 enclosure, the container achieves a validated leak rate of 10^-4 Pa.m³/s at 500 Pa overpressure, regardless of its diameter. This unique performance ensures sterility is maintained for several days following autoclaving, even when stored at ambient pressure within a Grade C environment.

Features

A Innovative Connection Lug Module

The PEEK sliding pad connection lug eliminates the need for rollers, preventing jamming thanks to low friction against stainless steel, while allowing the module to be replaced in about a minute to minimise downtime if damaged.

For added safety, the Easyglide™ seal is securely fixed between the connection lug module and the container body, ensuring stable, reliable positioning during operation.

GMP Design Enabling CIP & SIP

Featuring a fully GMP-compliant design with no hidden surfaces, the door and internal connection lug are shaped to promote optimal liquid flow, while the Easyglide™ seal retains no moisture and can be cleaned in place.

The ring of concern surface has been reduced to 119mm² on the 190 diameter and 170mm² on the 270-diameter, lowering contamination risk by 80% compared to conventional lip seals, leaving on average 1 CFU on the ring of concern and no contamination inside the isolator.
