DS 500 Series

The DS 500 Series consists of Underbench Washer Disinfectors
In partnership with Steelco, Sychem’s DS 500 Series of compact under-counter washer-disinfectors is specially designed for installations where space is at a premium. The series represents the ideal aid for washing and thermal disinfection of all types of dental and surgical instruments, with a processing capacity for up to 8 DIN trays.

These next-generation washers share the washing technology of higher-throughput devices providing unmatched flexibility, and excellent cleaning, and drying efficacy. The models of the series are capable of injection washing and drying on up to two independent levels. The drop-down door provides a convenient loading and unloading platform for lower and dual injection wash carts.

More Information

Hygienic Design

The washing chamber and spray arms as well as tank filters are made of high-quality AISI 316 L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404) for long-term reliability and cleanliness. The washing chamber has rounded edges to avoid any dirt traps, minimising the risk of microbial growth. On the bottom and the top of the chamber, the two rotary spray arms ensure optimal cleaning efficacy. Effortless cleaning and maintenance thanks to easily disassembling washing components.

Stands and Side Cabinets

Different models of 300 mm / 11.81″ wide side cabinets are suitable for:

-Boiler for DI water preheating (cabinet and washer-disinfector are manufactured as a single 900 mm wide unit).

 -Purification system for DI water supply.
– Up to four 5 lt / 0.17″ chemical containers.

Stands to improve ergonomics when the machine is not installed under the counter. The 600mm / 23.62″ height stands are equipped with doors for easy storage access to chemicals and accessories. The stand is recommended when the machine is equipped with the option of a boiler to preheat DI water and the needed booster pump.
