DS 600

The DS 600 is a Washer Disinfector which has up to 8 DIN Trays
DS 600 represents the ideal aid for washing, thermal disinfection, and forced hot air drying of all types of surgical instruments, with a processing capacity for up to 8 DIN trays. An efficient hot air-drying system ensures perfect drying of all instruments and tubes after disinfection thanks to the accurate distribution of air on all chamber zones and wash-cart levels. The device is available as a single-door or double-door for pass-through application versions.

Our DS 600 is equipped with a manual frontal loading hinged door and a user-friendly soft-touch control system on a glass panel with an LCD colour display to visualise cycle status. The loading and unloading of washing cart operations can be done at an ergonomic height by using manual or automatic single loading/unloading transfer trolleys.

Smart Filtering System

Design quality and proper maintenance are critical to ensure compliance with standards, sustainability and a durative life cycle. The DS Series of washer-disinfector, are equipped with a triple water filtering system. Ergonomically accessible from the washing chamber, it captures residues preventing their re-circulation, extending in this way the pump life.

Comprehensive Range of Accessories

Steelco offers a complete range of accessories specially developed to meet the different treatment needs of small surgical departments, all the way up to larger central sterile supply departments. Dedicated washing carts allow several applications: surgical and MIS instruments, anaesthesia  and ophthalmology instruments, containers, OP rubber shoes, etc. A special washing cart is dedicated to the validated reprocessing of the daVinci® robotic surgery instruments.
