Sychem is proud to support local scout Fleur Bowen (11) as she prepares to attend the 2026 World Scout Jamboree in Sweden, an international event held once every four years.

The Swedish Jamboree brings together 10,000 to 15,000 young people from all around the world and is known for its strong sense of community and focus on outdoor adventure.
Fleur, a member of the 4th Scout Group, has been involved in scouting for just over a year but has quickly embraced everything it represents. This summer, she will join fellow scouts for a 10-day, 9- night experience centred on teamwork, independence and adventure.
The journey will involve travelling by coach and ferry to Sweeden, with cultured stopovers in Denmark on the way out and Germany on the return trip. During the Jamboree, participants will stay on a large international campsite and take part in a wide range of outdoor activities, skills workshops, and cultural exchanges.
As part of its support, Sychem proudly sponsored a fundraising Race Night, which will play a key role in helping Fleur raise the funds needed for the trip. Fundraising activities like the Race Night are essential in making opportunities like this accessible to young people.
Sychem is delighted to support Fleur and wishes her all the best in her adventure.
