Washers
In an exclusive UK partnership with Steelco, we supply an extensive range of washers to the life science sector.
Our portfolio includes a range of small washers designed to clean and disinfect feeding bottles, animal caging and fish tanks, and automated systems for the treatment of bottles, racks, cages and tanks.
Supported by our understanding of the workflow within the smallest animal laboratories to the largest research centres, we offer the most efficient, cost-effective and customisable solutions on the market.
Whether you require a washer disinfector capable of effortlessly managing substantial volumes or one meticulously crafted to adhere to rigorous regulatory standards, our team have the expertise and experience to provide you with a solution that’s right for you.
Autoclaves
In addition to our portfolio of washers, we also offer a large range of small, medium and bulk-capacity Steelco steam sterilisers for use in biomedical research facilities. Our portfolio ranges from compact 110-litre capacity autoclaves to bulk capacity 9070-litre biomedical autoclaves.
Our VS L range of autoclaves is extremely versatile and can be configured with either single or double doors for pass-through installation. Choose between sliding or hinged door designs with a left or right-aligned technical area to suit your requirements.
Constructed with an AISI 316L stainless steel chamber, our steam sterilisers ensure optimal heat transfer and feature a full jacket system for even heat distribution.
UK Manufactured Airflow Range
In 2020 we launched our very own Airflow Range, comprised of a collection of unique workstations designed to assist research facilities by maximising animal welfare, protecting animal technicians and advancing biomedical research.
Included in the range is a free-flow bedding dispenser, a dual-access animal transfer station, a bedding disposal unit, a class 2 microbiological safety cabinet, and an air shower.
Service
With a team of over 35 engineers stationed across the UK, Sychem ensures that your equipment continues operating at its highest potential with our range of servicing packages which can cover weekly, quarterly, biannual and annual testing (testing requirements depend on the industry of operation).
Our packages include the service and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of equipment, validation and testing, refurbishment and emergency breakdown support for washing, disinfection, sterilisation and decontamination equipment.
