If your washing and decontamination equipment breakdown, it is essential to keep downtime to a minimum. At Sychem we have a dedicated team of 23+ Service & Test persons based across the UK, and a fantastic Resource Team based at our head office. Our office-based team prides itself on efficient response times and promptly actioned call-outs, enabled by our Sychem Eye customer service portal.
If a Service and Test Person are required to provide onsite support, we will contact you within one hour of the reported emergency. Additionally, we have a specialist medical equipment repair service for contracted customers as part of our PPM packages. Our emergency breakdown support packages are available to all customers, contract or not.
