Specialist Technical Support Desk
If technical support is what you require then our dedicated support desk will provide up to an hour of technical over-the-phone troubleshooting for remote diagnostics and support following your initial call. From this, we can identify if this is a problem that can be resolved remotely or whether you will need a visit from one of our specialist engineers.
