What does working with the Projects Team entail?
A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to work alongside your team for the Project duration. The team will work with our designated Sales Executive, to best understand the facility Process requirements. The initial enquiry will then be converted into a technical proposal for review and manufacture.
Your designated Project Manager will perform detailed site surveys, ready to transform your facility with a bespoke, space-efficient layout. This can be tailored to integrate with existing equipment, based on the facility’s requirements. In addition, our team will undertake detailed planning and coordination to maximise the facility throughput.
Our Projects Team works closely with the installation team, ensuring the installation progresses’ as planned and addressing any issues that may arise.
With our expertise in the Healthcare, Laboratory and Life Science sectors, we utilise our specialist highly skilled and certified Installation teams, handing over to our factory-trained Service & Test Engineers ready to perform the Commissioning and Validation works with certified Operator and Facilities training.
Our Project Team can also detail and complete any further enabling works to ensure the equipment utility supplies are as specified.
Should your facility require any additional requirements, nothing is too much for our dedicated Projects Team. We also include removal disposal or relocation of old equipment, building works, routing of new or existing services, finishing and more. We have the capability in house to offer all these services as part of the Project, which can be programmed around your operational requirements.
No matter the requirement, our expert Projects Department can create the right solution to fulfil the needs of any facility.
The quality of all Projects is assured at all stages of the works. Further assurances can be obtained from visits to our production facilities within the UK and Italy, where we offer FAT’s, or IQ/OQ/PQ and SAT’s.
Our Projects Department can provide training for operators, supervisors and maintenance team members. This training can be configured to ensure your team have complete confidence in the new equipment, understanding all operation and maintenance activities required to maintain optimal performance.
