Custom Service and Validation Packages
Supported by a team of over 35 service and test personnel stationed across the UK, we ensure that your equipment continues to operate at its highest possible potential with the option of weekly, quarterly, biannual and annual testing (testing requirements depend on the industry of operation).
Our servicing options include planned preventative maintenance (PPM), validation and testing, refurbishment and emergency breakdown support for washing, disinfection, sterilisation and decontamination equipment.
Servicing all recognised brands of autoclaves, washer disinfectors and all other decontamination equipment, our service contracts are fully customisable and can be tailored to meet the needs of any facility. All of our equipment servicing contracts can vary from periodic service and testing of equipment to fully comprehensive PPM contracts that incorporate breakdown cover, parts and training.
Supported by a dedicated office-based team of Resource Coordinators, we will respond to all breakdowns within 24 hours with an aim to have an engineer on-site within 48-72 hours.
UKAS Accredited Testing Services
Being a UKAS accredited ISO/IEC 17025:2017 test laboratory, Sychem can offer calibration and testing services to UKAS. When working with our Projects Department, we will allocate you to one of our specialist Project Managers who will work closely with our Sales Executives to understand your unique requirements. Your designated Project Manager will perform detailed site surveys, ready to transform your new or existing facility with a bespoke, space-efficient layout. This can be tailored to integrate with current existing equipment based on the requirements of your facility.
Supported by a fantastic team of Project Administrators, a Specialist Installation team, and Specialist Validation Engineers, your dedicated Project Manager will work closely with the installation team to monitor your equipment installation process.
